14th International Costello Syndrome Family Conference
14th International Costello Syndrome Family Conference
Thursday, July 15 – Sunday, July 18, 2027
Hyatt Regency Indianapolis
One South Capitol Avenue
Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
(317) 632-1234
CSFN is excited to announce the dates and location for the 14th International Costello Syndrome Family Conference, with some preliminary information on the conference. We are planning a wonderful experience where you will have the opportunity to make new friends who become like family and connect with experts on Costello syndrome to help you learn more about our rare syndrome.
Discounted room rates will apply for the nights of Monday, July 12, 2027, through Sunday, July 18, 2027.
The rate for a room with 1 king bed or 2 double beds is $179 per night for up to 4 people, and several ADA rooms are available.
There is a Downtown District Fee of $1.00 per room per night. Add that to the nightly rate and then calculate the applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 17%. A room for $179 + $1 = $180/night + 17% ($30.06) = $210.06 per night. These added fees are subject to change.
Complimentary cribs and rollaway beds are available, subject to hotel inventory. Rooms will have complimentary internet and bottled water replenished daily. Attendees may ship food/medicine/supplies to the hotel at no charge. Detailed information on how to ship will be provided later. A microwave will be available on each floor near the ice machine.
Consult the hotel website for information on dining at the hotel. Room service is available. For meals not included at the conference, there is a “Pizza by the Slice” and a Subway in the adjoining lobby to the hotel as well as restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel does not own the parking garage at the hotel, so we were not able to get a discount on parking. Because the hotel is downtown, parking is very expensive (currently $45/day for self-parking, more for valet). There may be slightly less expensive parking garages nearby and we will investigate that for you.
Check out visitindy.com and the hotel website for information on interesting things to do in Indianapolis if you want to come early or stay late to explore the city. There are so many things to do, such as the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, the Indianapolis Zoo in White River State Park, and perhaps some sporting events.
